Manufacturer product coverage and installer workmanship coverage may be separate. Ask who provides each warranty, what is included, the duration, exclusions and how a claim is made.
Keep the documents
Retain the invoice, film details and supplied care instructions. A written quote should identify the applicable warranty rather than rely on a general “lifetime” statement.
